1. Terms of Service

Welcome to EMVEO Talent. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our platform, modules, APIs, and dashboard services operated under Emveo Ventures LLP ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By activating a trial or paid account, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1.1 License Grant & Subscription Access

Subject to compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the SaaS dashboard services during the duration of your active subscription plan. You shall not reverse engineer, decompile, or copy the underlying AI evaluation scoring algorithms, code parser scripts, or voice assistants.

1.2 Corporate Account Integrity & Security

When you register for a recruiting plan, you must provide accurate, current, and complete corporate registration details (including business name, email, and contact phone). You are entirely responsible for safeguarding access credentials. Any suspicious access or token leakage must be reported to support immediately.

1.3 Subscription Billing, Upgrades, & Refunds

Paid plans (Starter, Growth, and Enterprise) are billed on a recurring monthly or annual schedule in advance. Payments are processed securely via external merchant gates. All transactions are final; subscriptions are non-refundable, except as explicitly mandated by local customer protection laws. Downgrading or cancelling plans takes effect at the end of the current billing cycles.

1.4 Limitation of Liability & Indemnification

To the maximum extent permitted by governing laws, Emveo Ventures LLP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from algorithmic recommendations, hiring outcome failures, attrition forecasts, or service interruptions. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company against third-party claims arising from candidate discrimination actions or wrongful termination cases linked to platform scoring metrics.

2. Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy outlines how Emveo Ventures LLP collects, structures, stores, processes, and disposes of personal data pertaining to corporate users, recruiters, and prospective candidates who interact with the EMVEO Talent platform.

2.1 Personal & Analytical Information We Collect

In operating our hiring modules, we collect:

• Registrant Info: Full name, business email, contact phone, company affiliation, and payment credentials.
• Candidate Resumes: Parse parameters containing educational details, certification history, and professional logs.
• AI Screening Records: Transcripts of voice conversations, recorded video streams, and coding test submissions.

2.2 How We Process & Leverage Collected Data

We utilize information to score, match, and predict candidate fitments. We do not sell resume data to third-party brokers. Text transcripts and voice segments are analyzed solely to score communicative capabilities under the instruction of the licensing corporate administrator. Data is processed securely in Soc2-compliant databases with restricted system logs.

2.3 Data Retention & Archival Guidelines

Recruiters control candidate database records. When a corporate subscription terminates, registry data is marked for archiving and deleted permanently within 90 days. Candidate audio/video logs are automatically purged after 30 days unless extended by corporate administrators.

2.4 GDPR & SOC2 Compliance Safeguards

Under European GDPR rules, candidates hold the "Right to be Forgotten" and the right to object to automated profiling. Recruiters can trigger candidate deletion protocols directly from the dashboard. We encrypt all data in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256) to maintain SOC2 security standards.
